DAMAGED MATERIALS


Customers will be issued a refund or replacement in the event that material is delivered damaged. We ask that you report the receipt of damaged products to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery at emerge@ingredion.com. Please provide visible images of all damages; this will allow us to properly file a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged item unless directed by an Ingredion representative. Ingredion is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of damaged products.

MIS-SHIPMENTS


In the event that the wrong material is delivered to your facility, Ingredion will replace your order at no cost to you. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the reorder process. The Customer Service team will also provide guidance on how to dispose the original material that was delivered. Please contact the customer service team at emerge@ingredion.com.

RETURN OF UNOPENED ITEM


Customers may request returns/refunds of unopened items sold by Ingredion via our e-commerce portal for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase date. Only store credit to be used on a future purchase will be issued after 7 days. Ingredion will not issue any refund or store credit after 30 days from the date of original purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees associated with such returns. Please contact our customer service team at emerge@ingredion.com with details of your issue and they will respond within 2 business days.
